Orangenblüte
Die ätherischen Öle der Orangenblüte werden durch die Destillation der Blüte hergestellt und waren lange Zeit Bestandteil von Medikamenten. Schon 1000 v. Chr. wurden die Öle von Orangenblüten gegen Angst und Schlaflosigkeit angewandt.
Der Duft ist frisch, mit einer deutlichen Zitrusnote und erinnert an Pomeranzen, die eine gängige Zutat für schwedischen Glögg, Backwaren und Schnaps sind.
